OUR APPROACH | DESIGN THINKING Our consultants utilize journey mapping and “how might we?” frameworks to validate strategies and foster user empathy, enhancing collaboration and digital transformation execution. The Business Process Consultant within QWA: Leads enterprise analysis sessions to gather requirements and design future state business processes based on customer needs. Seeks to improve processes via technology, consulting on trends, and recommending best practices for operational gains. Coordinates with project teams to ensure solutions meet workstream requirements and benefit all aspects of the client solution. Partners with internal and external subject matter experts to develop solutions, advising on options, risks, costs, benefits, and impacts. Ensures configuration accuracy based on requirements, including testing, client user testing coordination, documentation, and issue resolution. Creates and maintains process documentation and supports change management activities. Contributes to improving implementation methodology and deploying process improvements. Documents and shares implementation best practices across QWA. Qualifications include: Four or more (4+) years of industry experience within a client program or MSP. Two to Four (2-4) years of VMS experience. Four or more (4+) years of implementation or project experience preferred. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
