OUR APPROACH | DESIGN THINKING Our consultants utilize journey mapping and “how might we?” frameworks to validate strategies, fostering user empathy and enhancing workforce collaboration during digital transformation. Job Description Integration Architects ensure client solutions are efficiently designed and maintained, working with stakeholders, project teams, and SMEs to provide leadership and holistic views into solutions. This role oversees technical solutions, including HRT configuration, integrations, testing, and data modeling, ensuring designs meet requirements. Responsibilities Architecture provides the business with effective solutions while minimizing maintenance and operational costs. Engagement areas include: Thought Leadership Solution Governance Lead Development for Solutions The Integration Architect within the HRT Transformation team: Provides technical and project leadership on enterprise implementations and operational efficiencies Leads requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment Analyzes business and technical challenges to design integrated solutions Supports data collection, modeling, and analysis Handles system and integration testing documentation and execution Executes design, configuration, and testing plans, including scripting in JSON/cXML Coordinates technology and data staging efforts Creates and maintains technical documentation Leads project meetings, providing technology insights Conducts research supporting business rules Supports pre-sales activities, including RFx responses and solution design Manages and mentors configuration and testing resources Qualifications 5+ years of CRM/ATS experience preferred 3+ years of implementation experience preferred Experience in project management, reporting, and data modeling Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Consulting and multi-national experience preferred Willingness to travel up to 20% Required Skills Expertise in architectural design for complex integrations Knowledge of CRM or ATS technologies like Phenom, Eightfold, Avature, Smartrecruiters Excellent consulting, negotiation, and communication skills Innovative thinking beyond standard practices Knowledge of emerging technology solutions Familiarity with Agile, Design Thinking, and Test Automation methodologies Understanding of integration protocols, file formats, and transformation technologies Basic scripting skills in SQL, cXML, JSON, HTTP Configuration and troubleshooting of integrations and data security Strong technical leadership and communication skills Knowledge of staffing, HR, and recruiting practices Additional Information We are an equal opportunity employer.
