12 Months Contract Marketing Executive (Up to $3.5K) #NJN

Tai Seng 12 Months Contract (Convertible to Perm) 8.25am to 5.30pm (Mondays to Fridays) RESPONSIBILTIES 1. Assist in the development and execution of creative marketing plans aligned with the corporate strategy and brand image. 2. Coordinate with Marketing Manager on an annual marketing calendar implemented in the local market. 3. Implement marketing campaigns that will enhance the brand’s image and positioning. 4. Coordinate with brand HQ on the development of marketing assets to be implemented in-store, such as signages, catalogues, brochures, etc. 5. Coordinate production of branded materials and ensure consistent articulation of the brand’s desired image and positioning across the brand’s advertising, print and electronic materials through marketing assets and strategic placement within vicinity of brand presence. 6. Assist in strategizing and responding to marketing initiatives and campaigns requested by HQ. 7. Assist in responding in a timely manner to partnership and collaboration requests, assessing them to drive both revenue and brand awareness through tie-ups, collaborations, product placements, sponsorships, events, etc. This includes outreach, contract execution and seeing through deliverables. 8. Track, interpret and report on key marketing metrics to optimize campaigns. 9. Oversee and maintain the brand's social media presence across platforms to enhance engagement and brand visibility. 10. Keep track of budgeting and marketing expenses. 11. Ad-hoc assignments assigned by the management within reason. REQUIREMENTS • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. • Minimum of 1 year' experience in digital marketing, data analysis, or related fields. • Good computer literacy in MS Office Applications. • Able to work out of office hours whenever necessary to support events/roadshows.
