A law firm seeks an Estate Planning Attorney in Miami, FL. This full-time position offers a hybrid work setting, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work. The ideal candidate will have experience in estate planning, probate, and guardianships, and will be responsible for drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
Duties
Organize and maintain client files to ensure they are current. Discuss asset distribution plans with clients. Confer with senior partners and paralegals to advance civil litigation processes. Attend court proceedings to represent clients as needed. Draft and file wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Requirements
4-year degree with a legal background and J.D. degree required. Experience with estate planning and probate matters. Working knowledge of title insurance, wills, trusts, and real estate law. Excellent communication skills, especially in stressful situations. Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications
Bar admission in the state of Florida. Skills
