Family Law Attorney

Job Overview: A well-regarded law firm is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Family Law Attorney to join their growing practice in Manchester, NH office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with senior practitioners while managing their own caseload of family law clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about family law and committed to providing exceptional legal counsel to clients in need. Location: Manchester, NH Duties: Represent clients in various family law matters including divorce, child custody, child support, and alimony Manage cases from initial consultation through trial, settlement, and post-decree matters Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, and settlement agreements Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and strategies Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court hearings and trials Collaborate with colleagues on complex family law issues Maintain a high level of client communication and case management Stay current with changes in family law and related legal matters Requirements: 3 to 10 years of experience in family law Licensed to practice law in New Hampshire Proven experience handling family law cases from start to finish Strong writing, research, and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong negotiation and advocacy skills Ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Certifications: Licensed to practice law in New Hampshire Skills: Expertise in family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and equitable distribution Exceptional legal research and writing skills Strong interpersonal and client management abilities Ability to handle high-conflict situations with professionalism and empathy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools Strong negotiation and settlement skills Health insurance Flexible spending account Long-term disability insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid parental leave Life insurance 401(k) with employer match Flexible work arrangements available Company info BCG Attorney Search 125 Park Avenue, 25th floor New York New York United States 10017 Phone :
