Junior Litigation Attorney

Job Overview: A respected law firm based in Houston, TX, is looking to expand its litigation division by onboarding a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Litigation Attorney. This role offers the opportunity to engage in all aspects of personal injury litigation under the guidance of a seasoned senior litigator. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, demonstrate a proactive approach to legal casework, and contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on achieving excellent client outcomes. Duties: Assist in the management and progression of active personal injury cases Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses Participate in client meetings, depositions, and court proceedings Support preparation for mediations, hearings, and trials Collaborate closely with a litigation team of attorneys and support staff Step in for the Senior Litigation Attorney when needed to ensure continuity of casework and client communication Requirements: Experience in litigation, preferably with a focus on personal injury Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and case lifecycle Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Willingness to work under supervision while showing initiative and critical thinking Capacity to work collaboratively within a legal team environment Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Certifications: Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Legal research and analytical proficiency Effective time management and organizational capabilities Confidence in interacting with clients, opposing counsel, and the court Attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset Job Location: Houston, TX Company info BCG Attorney Search 10777 Westheimer, Suite 1100 Houston Texas United States 77042 Phone :
