We are looking for a

Reception Specialist

to join our team. This is a 40-hour-a-week position working

Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, with the option to work Saturdays 9:00 am - 1:00 pm .

The pay range is

$15.00 to $17.00 , depending on your experience.

Responsibilities

Answer telephone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department

Greet and assist customers in a pleasant and professional manner

Assist customers with cash, check, and credit card transactions

Closing out invoices via the computer

General office duties, including filing, making copies, and scanning documents

Other duties as needed

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence.

Ability to effectively share information with co-workers and customers.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Basic math aptitude.

Ability to act with integrity and professionalism.

Proficient computer skills, 10-key calculators, and a copy machine
