Confidential defense manufacturer seeks a reliable
Assembly Operator
to build
electrical control panels
in a fast-paced production environment. You'll use hand/power tools, follow wiring/layout specs, and perform in-process quality checks to ensure safe, on-time output.
What You'll Do Assemble electrical panels to drawings, schematics, and work instructions Wire, crimp, terminate, and label components; verify color codes and part IDs Use hand and power tools (drivers, crimpers, torque tools, multimeters) Perform visual/dimensional inspections and basic continuity checks Maintain 5S work area; follow EHS policies and lockout/tagout procedures Collaborate with teammates/lead to hit daily production goals Support overtime as needed What You'll Bring Active DoD security clearance or Vantage Clear credential. High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year
electrical or mechanical assembly experience (panel shop, industrial controls, or similar) Basic mechanical aptitude; comfortable with common hand/power tools Pay & Benefits From $25.00 - $35.00/hr
