We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Shipping and Inventory Specialist to help manage materials, inventory, and shipments in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you’ll support daily operations by receiving, storing, and issuing materials, assembling production kits, preparing outgoing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

If you’re organized, dependable, and enjoy working hands-on to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes — this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career in logistics, inventory control, or production support.

What You’ll Do:

Inventory & Materials Management

Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials accurately.

Assemble and audit production kits, ensuring all required parts are included.

Fulfill and reconcile material requests promptly to support production schedules.

Track inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and help with annual physical inventories.

Research and correct inventory discrepancies; maintain accurate ERP system records.

Support engineering changes, returns (RTV), and other material transactions.

Shipping & Logistics

Prepare, label, and package outgoing materials and products for shipment.

Create and maintain shipping documentation and carrier records.

Schedule freight pickups and coordinate with shipping partners to ensure on-time delivery.

Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and maintain detailed shipping logs.

Provide responsive, professional support to internal teams and external customers.

Teamwork & General Responsibilities

Keep warehouse, stockroom, and shipping areas clean, organized, and safe.

Follow all safety, quality, and ISO/QMS standards.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Participate in training, process improvements, and cross-departmental projects as needed.

What You’ll Bring

High school diploma or GED required.

1+ year of experience in shipping, receiving, stockroom, or warehouse operations (electronics manufacturing a plus).

Strong computer and data-entry skills; proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and ERP/MRP systems.

Forklift certification ( or ability to obtain).

Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record (required for certain roles).

Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a team environment.

Physical & Work Requirements

Regularly lift up to 30 lbs; occasionally up to 70 lbs with assistance.

Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and handling materials.

Work primarily in warehouse and stockroom environments with moderate noise.

May involve exposure to dust, solder/flux fumes, or airborne particles.

Overtime or limited vacation availability during inventory periods may be required.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

Be part of a collaborative, hands-on team that values precision and teamwork.

Gain valuable experience in logistics, materials management, and production support.

Opportunities for career growth through cross-training and certification.

A workplace that emphasizes safety, organization, and continuous improvement.
