We are looking for a 2nd Shift PCBA-SMT Operations Manager to join our Electronics Manufacturing Facility team. In this role, you will oversee a skilled technician team responsible for building Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs). Your responsibilities will include managing SMT line operations, AOI Inspection, X-Ray Inspection, and hand soldering tasks.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Overseeing the daily operations and ensuring Safety, Quality, Cost, and Morale goals are met for your electronics team.
Utilizing your computer skills to manage assembly tasks, including retrieving and updating manufacturing documentation, and communicating electronically through email and spreadsheets.
Communicating effectively with internal and external customers regarding project schedules and costs.
Leading 5S initiatives to maintain organized and efficient workspaces for technicians.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a High School diploma/GED with at least 10 years of experience will be accepted.
Proven experience working collaboratively in team settings.
Ability to multitask and meet competing objectives efficiently.
U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance.
This position requires working on the 2nd shift.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SMT equipment operations.
Familiarity with Selective Soldering and other PCBA processes.
Current or prior J-STD-001 and IPC-610 certifications.
Experience in team leadership roles.
Previous experience working 2nd shift.
Familiarity with MES (Solumina or Aegis) build tracking systems.
