Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Overview: Seeking a detail-oriented
Supply Chain Associate
to support clinical distribution operations in a GMP-regulated environment. The role involves managing clinical order fulfillment, material handling, and logistics coordination using
SAP
, ensuring timely and compliant shipment of clinical materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick, review, pack, and prepare clinical products for shipment.
Handle materials within the warehouse, including staging and inventory management.
Adhere to
GMPs
and
SOPs
; maintain accurate documentation.
Support error investigations, metrics reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Operate Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs) safely.
Qualifications:
High School diploma/GED + 2 years
work or military experience
OR
Associate’s degree + 6 months
experience.
Experience in
warehousing
,
material handling
, and
SAP
.
Knowledge of
GMP practices
, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work in cold storage environments.
