The Job At-A-Glance:
This Senior Product Manager role focuses on enabling financial institutions to succeed with Premium Treasury Pricing on PrecisionLender, Q2s relationship pricing and profitability platform.
Responsibilities include:
Understanding the needs of large financial institutions related to commercial loan pricing, treasury management, deposits, and income streams, and translating these into product features.
Collaborating with engineering, sales, and success teams to prioritize and develop innovative features for treasury management officers, relationship managers, and customers.
Engaging with clients, engineers, and leadership to ensure strategic alignment and project success.
Applying expertise in commercial pricing, profitability, and the financial industry to enhance the product.
Creating and defending the product strategy and roadmap for the Premium Treasury Pricing module of PrecisionLender.
Defining success metrics and aligning initiatives with company goals.
Listening to client needs and translating them into actionable product improvements.
Partnering with UX and engineering teams to understand trade-offs and technical considerations.
Identifying patterns and opportunities related to PrecisionLenders market and functionality.
Performing research, communicating value and vision, and tracking initiative outcomes.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field, with 8+ years of related experience, or an advanced degree with 6+ years, or equivalent experience.
7+ years in SaaS or Financial Services related to Product Management or Software Engineering preferred.
3+ years in commercial pricing, profitability, or treasury management preferred.
Leadership desire and understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
Experience with Jira, Aha, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint.
This role requires fluent English communication. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
