Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing and Identification: Use various tools, databases, and networks to identify potential candidates. Conduct proactive research to find passive candidates who may not actively seek a new position. Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the specific requirements of the role. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Shortlisting and Presentation: Present a curated list of top candidates to the client. Provide detailed insights and assessments of each candidate. Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the interview process. Why is it a great place to work?
