What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support for multiple senior leaders
Coordinate scheduling and travel arrangements across various time zones
Manage logistics for internal and external meetings, including booking and communication
Process purchase orders, invoices, and expenses using company-specific systems
Develop strong relationships with leaders, teams, and key business stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of experience providing executive assistant support to C-Suite executives
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with purchase order and travel systems (e.g., Coupa, Concur) preferred
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage sensitive issues
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
