What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide full administrative and organizational support for multiple senior leaders
Proactively coordinate scheduling and travel across multiple time zones
Organize internal and external meetings, including logistics and communication
Process purchase orders, invoices, and expenses using company-specific systems
Develop strong relationships with leaders, teams, and key business stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-Suite executives
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Relevant administrative qualifications
Experience managing and coordinating across senior stakeholders
Exceptional communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Knowledge of purchase order and travel systems (e.g., Coupa, Concur)
Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
Maturity in dealing with sensitive issues and navigating across organizations
