Overview

The Manager of Lease Accounting will oversee all aspects of global lease accounting, ensuring compliance with ASC 842 and U.S. GAAP. This role manages monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles, reviews complex lease arrangements, and guides technical accounting decisions. The manager will direct a global team of accountants, maintain lease policies and controls, and serve as the key contact for leadership and auditors. Additional responsibilities include preparing disclosures, supporting M&A activity, and driving process improvements through standardization and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required
• Public accounting experience preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience with strong GAAP knowledge and experience in ASC 842
• 3+ years supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with lease accounting systems (LeaseQuery or similar) and ERP platforms (Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Strong technical, leadership, and communication skills
