Job Title: Temporary Accounting Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Temporary Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting department during a transitional period. The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising the accounting team and coordinating month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions and adherence to internal controls.
• Collaborating with auditors during the audit process and addressing any inquiries.
• Providing guidance and training to accounting staff as needed.
• Identifying areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency within the department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
• Proven experience in accounting or finance management.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
