Temp to hire Accounting Manager role in Lake Forest - up to $145k and start asap

CV Resources has partnered with a well-respected and stable company in Lake Forest that's seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team!

• Oversee the full month-end close process to ensure accurate and timely financial results.
• Perform detailed bank reconciliations and review supporting schedules.
• Prepare and analyze quarterly financial forecasts and reports.
• Generate financial statements and other management reports for review.
• Partner closely with the CFO and provide support on various accounting and finance initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting management or a related leadership role.
• Strong background in general accounting with exposure to mid-sized company environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
