Overview
Accounting & Finance Executive Recruiter | LHH Accounting + Finance – our client is in a high-growth phase with a new finance team and needs experienced consultants to standardize processes, implement automation, and document SOPs. Each consultant will own a focused project lane based on their expertise.
Responsibilities
- Assess current team structure and make personnel recommendations.
- Lead treasury structuring, cash reconciliation, and AP process improvements (Chase Connect, Ramp).
- Review payroll entity setup (currently isolved) and recommend platform enhancements.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) across core finance cycles.
- Support transition from cash to accrual accounting and implement automation for scalability.
- Provide expertise in lease accounting (ASC 842), purchase accounting (ASC 805), and revenue recognition (ASC 606).
- Sage Intacct (ERP)
- Ramp (spend management)
- Chase Connect (banking/treasury)
- isolved (payroll)
Qualifications
- Proven experience in finance process improvement and high-growth environments.
- Hands-on expertise in Sage Intacct (multi-entity, dimensions, reporting).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and technical accounting areas (lease, purchase, rev rec).
- Ability to create clear deliverables: assessments, SOPs, dashboards, and training materials.
