Product Development & Engineering This division develops conceptual and detailed designs supporting BOH/ETO activities based on customer specifications. It leverages technology trends like digitization, e-aviation, sensorization, product localization, design automation, Agile, DFX, and Model-based Designs (MBDs) to increase operational efficiency and application productivity, enabling digital data exchange, traceability, design flexibility, reduced carbon footprint, and higher product performance.
Testing: Group Testing Services supports design, process, and supplier validation, ensuring customer requirements, quality, and operational efficiency are met with global test standards adapted to local needs.
Global Metallurgy & Chemistry Laboratory (GMC)
Future Factory (Manufacturing 4.0): Focuses on world-class manufacturing practices Lean, Green, Digital.
Manufacturing Process & Development: Supports process development (Heat treatment), machine building, advanced manufacturing (HT simulations, Additive Manufacturing, Vision Inspection), and scaling technologies like 3D printing and automation-based inspection systems.
Connected Technologies: Develops new connectivity products, working on sensor technology and data integration for predictive maintenance.

Manager AI Role Purpose:
As a full stack developer in our AI Center of Excellence, you will lead in building applications that enable AI in our operations. You will collaborate in a cross-functional team to develop AI-driven applications that drive innovation and operational efficiency, involved in scoping, designing, building, and delivering next-generation solutions. This role is central to our AI Center of Excellence, supporting global units with development activities and establishing our technical assistants. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain server-side logic using Python and C#, focusing on API development, microservices, and Azure integration (Redis Cache, Cosmos DB, Azure OpenAI). Frontend Development (Mandatory):
Design and implement user interfaces with React and TypeScript for a responsive user experience. Manage the full application lifecycle, including deployment automation (GitHub Actions), testing, code reviews, and best practices for scalable, reliable solutions in Azure. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with DevOps, AI Engineers, and stakeholders to deliver secure, cohesive solutions within Azure. Required Skills and Experience:
Backend Expertise:
Several years of experience with C# and Python. REST Application Development:
Proven experience in building RESTful APIs in Python and C#. Azure Proficiency:
Extensive experience with Azure services such as API Management, Redis Cache, Cosmos DB, Azure Functions, and Azure AI/OpenAI. Frontend Skills:
Solid experience with React and TypeScript. CI/CD & DevOps:
