Senior HR Operations Coordinator Westwood Professional Services

is seeking a Senior Human Resources Operations Specialist. This role involves implementing and optimizing our HRIS and payroll system (Paylocity). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with a strong background in HR operations, talent acquisition, and benefits administration. Responsibilities include ensuring data integrity, improving onboarding processes, and supporting employee information systems. Duties and Responsibilities

Employee Data Management:

Oversee data entry of employee files, including signed offer letters and documentation. Collaborate with Payroll and Recruitment teams to ensure accuracy and timely data entry. HRIS Implementation Support:

Assist in configuring and implementing Paylocity, audit new hire data for accuracy, and improve data processes for better user experience. Onboarding and Employee Processes:

Manage onboarding feedback, temp-to-hire conversions, intern transitions, and contractor engagements. Support background checks and drug screening processes. Collaboration and Support:

Work with HR and IT to maintain electronic employee files and support HR projects to enhance HR functions. Required Experience

Minimum of 4 years relevant experience or an Associate's degree in a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS or ERP systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively. Self-motivated with effective work management skills. Preferred Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or 2 years of equivalent experience. Experience in HRIS implementation, talent acquisition, and benefits administration. Additional Information
