Location: Chicago
The primary responsibilities include providing general administrative support, data entry, and scanning duties. The ideal candidate will have an interest in logistics within the fine art industry and will support our growing team in a fast-paced, professional environment. This is a full-time position, and candidates must have proof of authorization to work in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities: Support the Account Management team with tasks such as setting up job files, raising purchase orders, entering Moveware data, producing Bills of Lading, and generating invoices.
Assist Storage and Studio teams as needed.
Respond promptly and professionally to client calls and emails.
Support supervisors, including the General Manager and Director.
Maintain files and communications according to company protocols.
Ensure an outstanding customer experience with attention to detail.
General: Adhere to all HR and company policies.
Act in the best interests of Cadogan Tate, its customers, and employees.
Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree.
Knowledge of the fine art industry is preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and intuition for resolving issues.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, with multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Moveware / The Studio (training provided).
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Team player capable of working with diverse staff levels.
Comfortable in a results-driven environment.
Data entry experience.
