Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support multiple senior executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role demands exceptional communication skills, a high degree of discretion, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with efficiency and professionalism. Needs to be a collaborative team player who works seamlessly across functions and is known for being approachable, adaptable, and easy to work with at all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and enjoys being a key partner in an executive team’s success. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic administrative and operational support to senior executives

Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, including scheduling internal and external meetings

Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics

Prepare, submit, and track expense reports on behalf of executives

Organize and support team meetings, leadership presentations, and company-wide events

Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence and communications on behalf of executives

Serve as a liaison between executives and internal teams or external partners

Partner with HR, Facilities, and other cross-functional teams to execute off-sites, team gatherings, and special events

Handle ad hoc projects and time-sensitive tasks with urgency and discretion

5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role, preferably supporting C-level executives in a high-growth environment

Proficiency with being able to adapt and learn new tools and software

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic setting

Resourceful, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently

Collaborative by nature, bringing a team-first mindset and positive energy to every interaction

Demonstrates sound judgment and handles sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion

Location We believe the best work is done when collaborating and therefore require in-person presence in Palo Alto, CA. Benefits Salary Range: $90,000 - $129,000
