Overview Our client is a boutique executive search firm based in NYC. They are seeking a Recruiting Sourcer to join the team. This position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days on site in Midtown, Manhattan . Job Details Source candidates through recruiting platforms, job boards, and proactive searching Enter and update candidate and client information in ATS and CRM Oversee data management and quality control in multiple databases Develop targeted pipeline of candidates for specific searches and client needs Log market observations from conversations with candidates Create tailored candidate biographies and other documents Conduct market research and prepare reports, pitches, and presentations Support senior staff with client meeting requirements Salary Range: $70-95k annually, based on experience Excellent benefits package includes fully covered health insurance and 401(k) with matching!
