Responsibilities Manage job postings, targeted recruiting campaigns & agency relationships Oversee full cycle lateral candidate hiring process, including scheduling interviews to offer letter/onboarding Manage full cycle summer associate program (OCI/summer associate onboarding & integration) Work with Marketing team to create recruiting materials & ad/sponsorships/articles Promote attorney engagement and morale through new initiatives focusing on retention Manage professional development initiatives and oversee continuing education programs Qualifications Bachelor's degree required JD preferred At least 8-10 years of attorney recruiting in-house/agency/law firm required Extensive experience in legal is required MS Office Suite required Hire Options Inc. and its clients are equal opportunity employers.
