We're seeking an Insurance Producer to support our agency in generating new business by selling insurance policies to individuals and businesses, assessing clients' needs, recommending suitable coverage options, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support Senior Producer in new business prospect management
Partner with Account Executives to learn sales strategies
Serve as a Risk Advisor and Subject Matter Expert Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed recommendations
Help quantify risks and risk categories to ensure appropriate coverage
Act as a Winter-Dent Ambassador Maintain comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and services offered outside of P&C departments
Develop sales and manage client relationships Prospecting, lead generation, sales process management
Manage timelines and metrics
Conduct client consultations
Prepare proposals
Negotiate and close sales
Provide ongoing client support High-level support and collaboration with internal stakeholders (Claims Advocates, Safety & Loss Prevention, Bonds, etc.)
Manage renewals in partnership with Account Managers, Account Executives, and Marketing team

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
Insurance industry experience (preferred)
Sales experience (preferred)
