We're looking for a Insurance Producer to support our agency in generating new business by selling insurance policies to individuals and businesses and assessing clients' needs, recommend suitable coverage options, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service. WHAT YOU'LL DO Senior Producer Support Support Producer in new business prospect management Partner with Account Executives to learn how Risk Advisor and Subject Matter Expert Insurance expertise Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide clients with informed recommendations Help quantify risks and risk categories to ensure clients are not over or under-protected Winter-Dent Ambassador Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and services offered by agency outside of P&C departments Sales Development & Client Management Prospecting, lead generation, sales process management Timeline management and metrics Client Consultation Proposal Preparation Negotiation and closing Client Support Ongoing high-level client support As-needed collaboration with internal stakeholders to support client needs and challenges (Claims Advocates, Safety & Loss Prevention, Bonds, etc.) Renewal management, in partnership with Account Managers and/or Account Executives and Marketing team WHAT WE OFFER Generous benefits package including 2x annual salary employee life insurance, employer-funded long-term care coverage, employer-funded short- and long-term disability, a 3% employer contribution to your 401(k) plan (no match required!), competitive health insurance rates, generous PTO and company holidays, and more.
