What You’ll Do Support production teams to meet KPIs. Manage project delivery. Raise and process purchase orders. Manage spares in relevant areas. Oversee capital approvals and project execution. Who You Are Minimum 3 years’ proven engineering experience. Leadership and teamwork skills. Self-motivated with a sense of urgency. Data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Ability to prioritize based on data benefits. Engineering degree preferred but not essential. Additional Plus: Electrical qualification for manufacturing support. Experience with PLC/HMI software.
