Ideal candidates will have: 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance retail environment, demonstrating results-oriented leadership. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a caring approach that captivates and connects with people at all levels. Sharp business acumen and analytical skills to deliver positive results. Talent in recruiting, retaining, and developing teams, with experience in succession planning and internal mobility. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems. Eligibility to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and stand for extended periods.
