Requirements: Results-oriented leader with 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a caring approach. Business acumen and analytical skills to deliver positive results. Skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing teams, including succession planning. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems. Minimum age of 18, with proof of identity and work eligibility. Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and stand for extended periods. Benefits and Compensation: Salary: $52,000 to $60,320 Robust compensation package including base salary + bonuses, 401K plan.
