Responsibilities
GEF Capability Management. Provide the following functions to enable and ensure that IT systems are controlled, balanced, and aligned with Enterprise needs:
Draft Project Schedules, Implementation Plans, Support Plans, and Spend Plans for NETCOM approval.
Schedule project meetings, manage projects, and support services for NETCOM, including coordination with Government personnel for classified and unclassified environments and integration services. Support includes Enterprise Fabrics, Data Center, Management Services, Network, Operating Systems, Virtualization, Modular Server hardware, SQL and Oracle Database, Storage, Backup, Directory Services, Thin and Zero Client.
Support the NETCOM Capability Manager by recommending vision and direction for Army IT infrastructure and services, ensuring coherence with joint and combined forces, and integrating with the DoDIN-A architecture and policies.
Provide project equipment installation, circuit activations, configuration, and migration support.
Maintain knowledge in Configuration Management, project management, financial analysis, and ITIL certification.
Develop project timelines, create and coordinate schedules, and review project plans with the Government.
Draft, review, and recommend on POA&M and other documentation; identify and resolve issues for milestone decisions.
Research and review implementation, technical, operational issues, constraints, policies, and procedures.
Monitor and document project activities, report potential changes, and support change management.
Document gap analysis, staging, installation, testing within schedule and cost parameters.
Develop and update Gantt charts showing program progress and activities.
Create work breakdown structures for projects.
Support requirements synchronization throughout the project lifecycle, reporting issues to the Government.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; 6 years with MS/MA; 3 years with PhD.
Certifications: ITIL Manager's Expert or higher; DoD 8140 cyber certification.
Secret security clearance.
Ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of IT technology, vendors, and products.
Ability to present data and metrics clearly.
Proactive in seeking innovative service methods, collaborating with government and leadership.

Target Salary Range
$80,000 - $128,000, based on experience and other factors.
