Director of Executive Technology Services Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Director of Executive Technology Services to lead a specialized team dedicated to providing 24/7 support to our C-Suite executives in both onsite and remote settings. This individual will operate with a customer-centric mindset, influencing executive decision-making through clear, data-driven insights. They will serve as a trusted advisor to the C-Suite, providing strategic counsel on technology trends, risks, and opportunities. The role involves delivering white-glove technology services, ensuring seamless operation of all executive-facing technology, and rapid issue resolution. Key Responsibilities Identify and adapt support strategies to executive personas, leveraging insights into leadership styles and priorities; utilize modern productivity tools and AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows, enhance decision-making, and maximize executive efficiency.

Define and execute the strategic vision for executive technology services, aligning with enterprise IT and business objectives. Lead initiatives to enhance executive productivity and digital experience.

Establish and track KPIs and OKRs to measure service quality, executive satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Mentor and develop team members, ensuring succession planning and career growth.

Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements. Partner with cybersecurity teams to mitigate risks in executive environments.

Oversee setup, maintenance, and optimization of executive devices, secure network access, video conferencing, and printing solutions, including onboarding and offboarding executives.

Provide on-call support during off-hours and travel as needed to support executives in various locations.

Oversee setup, maintenance, and support of executive meetings and Board of Directors meetings within the Executive Suite.

Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

10+ years in IT support or technology services at a large, global company, with success in building high-performing teams.

Proven experience supporting senior executives or high-profile clients in fast-paced environments.

Strong technical knowledge across devices, networking, AV systems, and collaboration tools.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.

Ability to lead under pressure, manage priorities, and maintain confidentiality.

Willingness to work flexible hours, travel (up to 10%), and be on-call.

Preferred Skills Experience supporting executives in a global or matrixed organization, working with Boards, investor relations, and communications.

Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.

Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or relevant technical credentials.

This role requires a full-time onsite presence, working in the office 5 days a week. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. The company will not support STEM OPT I-983 Training Plan endorsements for this position. Compensation The annual base pay range is $123,760 - $185,640, based on market analysis and individual experience. Compensation includes potential bonuses, incentives, and recognition. The total package reflects the company's commitment to rewarding performance.
