Annual Salary Range (1.0 FTE): $331,898 to $385,731 with sign-on bonus Additional compensation for call exceeding 1:5 Opportunities for quality incentives 4-day work week for flexibility $4,000 annual CME allowance, including 40 hours of CME Relocation assistance available (pending eligibility) Sign-on bonus Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life, Wellness, Retirement Epic/EHR support Collaborative Practice Model Join Cascadia Women’s Health as an OB/GYN and become part of a collaborative team of physicians and midwives dedicated to providing high-quality care to a diverse, multicultural population in Southwest Washington. As an OB/Gyn generalist, you will participate in Family Birth and serve as backup for complex cases or high-volume situations. Delivering your own patients on nights and weekends is welcomed but not required.
