Your role in our mission

Collaborate with business analysts to improve client processes Translate client needs into simpler language for technical teams Analyze and document systems requirements and business processes Build basic data and process models to assess system change impacts Verify client requirements are incorporated into system design through testing Participate in technical reviews with senior leaders to ensure quality Enhance technical skills in applications like Excel, SQL, or Visio What we're looking for
Background in Computer Science, Project Management, Creative Writing, Journalism, Business Administration, or related fields Understanding of software development lifecycle and tools like Microsoft Office, SQL, Excel, Adobe, Visio Analytical and problem-solving skills for business needs and bugs Experience with industry writing styles and documentation Ability to own projects, optimize processes, automate, analyze data, and suggest solutions Experience with project management methodologies What you should expect in this role
