Senior Analyst, Revenue Growth & Operations , reporting to the

Senior Manager, Revenue Service & Operations . Position is onsite and based in Miami, FL . The Senior Analyst will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing strategic plans, and executing these plans to drive incremental revenue. This individual will develop and communicate strategic plans and monitor global market changes. The Senior will work closely with management and collaborate with global teams including Sales, Marketing, Air/Sea, Hotel Operations, Reservations, Onboard Revenue, and External Partners. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Identify and size opportunities for ancillary revenue projects and other initiatives. Conduct competitive analyses and report insights to leadership. Develop a clear short and long-term roadmap, managing complex timelines and deliverables. Apply research, trend forecasting, and performance feedback to inform ship modernization and destination development. Partner with stakeholders across departments to adapt strategies and ensure project success. Create commercial reporting tools to monitor performance and forecast incentives accurately. Utilize visualization tools to produce reports and dashboards for actionable insights. Provide ad-hoc analysis to inform future product designs. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills

Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred; Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a quantitative discipline. 2-4 years of experience in financial/business analysis or related fields. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL. Project management experience; PMP certification preferred. Strong understanding of finance and marketing principles.
