Unique schedules available Growth opportunities State-of-the-art centers Ability to support families in their time of need Responsibilities: Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children Maintain open communication with parents, sharing daily milestones Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines Qualifications: Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements: At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field preferred 12 Child Development units completed: Child Development, Child, Family, and Community, Introduction to Curriculum, and Principles and Practices. SALARY/HOURLY RATE AND OTHER COMPENSATION DISCLOSURES : The hourly rate ranges from $25.75 to $31.45 per hour. Actual compensation offers depend on experience, education, certifications, geography, and other factors. Incentives: This position is eligible for a $3000 hiring incentive payable after 100 days of employment.
