Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr
Overview We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to support end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally and manage the day-to-day execution of full-funnel marketing strategies. You’re someone who enjoys experimentation, embraces iteration, and uses data-driven insights to refine and improve campaigns. This position will oversee both retention and acquisition channels. A balance of analytical thinking and creative instincts is key to success in this role. The position is hybrid , requiring 2 days per week in the LA office .
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through full-funnel digital marketing strategies across all channels (email, SMS, paid social, paid search, affiliate, influencer, SEO), leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Manage day-to-day operations with performance marketing agencies, particularly across paid search and paid social (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok).
Oversee email and SMS marketing, coordinating with internal teams to align copy, creative, scheduling, and reporting. Optimize segmentation, testing strategies, and list health (growth and pruning).
Project-manage all digital marketing assets—from creative concepting and briefing to execution and launch across channels.
Compile and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, generating actionable insights to meet key business goals (sales, traffic, conversion, LTV, etc.).
Collaborate on the marketing calendar, identifying high-impact moments informed by performance and consumer data.
Maintain a creative testing roadmap to ensure ongoing experimentation and learning.
Support forecasting and budget planning, adapting strategies to achieve ROAS and MER targets.
Perform additional duties as needed to support the broader marketing function.
Qualifications
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and familiarity with Pinterest and TikTok ad platforms.
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, GA4, Shopify, and Asana (or similar project management tools).
Strategic and analytical thinker with a data-first approach to marketing decisions.
Highly adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
Exceptionally organized with excellent prioritization, ownership, and follow-through.
Education & Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally within a direct-to-consumer (DTC) environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field .
Ability to synthesize complex data and communicate insights clearly across departments.
Experience managing multiple priorities and adapting to shifting business needs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Collaborative team player who can also work independently.
Excellent attention to detail and execution under pressure.
