Responsibilities:

Architect conceptual high-level Platform as a Service (PaaS) solution in alignment with client technical requirements, business workflows, and IT objectives

Architect data model and write ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) to Snowflake or Dataverse

Build solution roadmap, timeline for release 1, and provide LOE Estimation (MS Dynamics/Power Platform solution, integration services, and data migration)

Apply working functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 apps, related Microsoft cloud solutions, and other third-party technologies

Apply domain knowledge of Microsoft tooling to support solution envisioning in the client environment. (e.g., Where to apply Dynamics 365 apps, Microsoft Power Platform, or Microsoft Azure)

Facilitate design decisions across development, configuration, integration, infrastructure, security, availability, storage, and change management

Engage with all levels OFAC business users and key decision makers

Collaborate with internal technical and functional teams to inform overall solution strategy

Skills Required:

10+ years’ experience advising on distributed systems, Service-Oriented Architectures

10+ years’ experience delivering technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Power Platform

5+ years’ experience in PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) Development

Expert communication skills and ability to present and communicate to a technical and non-technical audience

Expert knowledge in Dynamics 365 system architecture and hands on expertise in customization and configurations of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CM

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience providing technical feasibility and estimates of business requirements

Experience translating an idea/concept to an implementable solution

Active Secret level clearance or higher

This role will additionally require practitioner to obtain Treasury MBI (Moderate Risk Background Investigation)
