Qualifications:

Supervisory experience in a developmental disability setting

Availability to work Tue-Sat or Sun-Fri, 10am - 6pm

What You Will Do:

Supervise staff to ensure high-quality service to residents

Oversee house responsibilities including care, budgeting, and supply shopping

Train and mentor new hires

Act with integrity in all responsibilities

The Edinburg Center is a dedicated team with a 40-year history of serving individuals with mental illness, developmental disabilities, brain injury, and autism in the community. Our team of 350 professionals includes psychiatrists, social workers, clinicians, nurses, behavior specialists, peer specialists, behavior analysts, direct service staff, and employment specialists.
