The Global Senior Brand Manager for Lip leads the Fenty Beauty brand and product strategy for the lip category and is responsible for owning the go-to-market process in close partnership with the Director and Associate Manager. With a strong pulse on the beauty landscape and a data-centric approach, The Senior Brand Manager will drive core, newness and overall category growth by diagnosing the business and identifying product assortment gaps, implementing short- and long-term product strategy, and analyzing sales data to draw actionable insights. As the steward for the lip category, the Senior Manager guides product positioning, messaging, campaign objectives and asset creation for the brand. This role requires a dynamic self-starter who is passionate about the beauty industry, has a consumer-focused mindset, and thrives with cross-functional collaboration and communication. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Global Category Strategy & Activation Develop and implement global category-level strategies, including core growth plans and clear campaign objectives, that enable marketing teams to create impactful plans to enhance product visibility and performance in all regions Oversee entire product lifecycle of all lip collections Establish yourself and your team as the lip category expert & maintain a strong “merchant mindset”, remaining up to date on the competitive landscape, consumer trends, visual merchandising best-practices, and social media (i.e. Tik Tok) Maintain strong pulse on product performance in-market, identifying “viral moments” and trends that can be leveraged to drive product growth Establish and maintain effective cross-functional relationships with internal partners Act as brand liaison for internal teams supporting packaging, inventory planning, creative, product development, visual merchandizing, marketing, education, dotcom and operations Lead Lip Go-to-Market plans to ensure successful global product launches (e.g., market size, product positioning and messaging, unique selling proposition, asset creation, content pillars, etc.) Own product briefs to build global product pipeline, work with cross-functional partners including international regions to gather all necessary information to ensure that retail/cost of goods/margin targets/objectives are met Build global product strategy by leading development of compelling and unique product innovation based on based on market analytics, competitive insights, DEI, and emerging trends Work closely with North America and International sales, brand management and marketing teams on market needs; serve as global brand advocate to push initiatives forward Profile

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting & Research Analyze core business metrics and newness revenue targets to drive category growth Be in-tune with the beauty retailer landscape and identify opportunities to further drive the business Help achieve costs and margin targets to meet financial objectives for the category Make recommendations based on research and sales trends REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required 5+ years of related business experience, beauty and/or retail experience strongly preferred Must demonstrate strong strategic, analytical, and creative skills Must be an excellent communicator (both in-person & digitally) with strong interpersonal skills Thrives in an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and client service-oriented Proactive with strong problem-solving skills & a positive attitude Team player who can successfully build collaborative relationships and work cross-functionally Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) with an ability to foster an inclusive work environment and promote diverse perspectives Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities while meeting objectives Ability to own and drive projects Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills Additional information

The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $150,000 per year based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location.
