You'll work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs, collaborate with our Sales team, and lead our US and Latin American talent acquisition efforts. What You'll Do: Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to gather detailed requirements for development team members. Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor our hiring/talent acquisition team across the US and Latin America. Sales Partnership: Work closely with our Sales team to align recruitment strategies with business goals. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top-tier technical talent. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Bi-lingual communication: Effectively communicate and conduct interviews in both English and Spanish. What You'll Bring: Proven experience as a recruiter within a technology consulting firm. Strong understanding of software development technologies and roles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
