Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to be the business partner supporting our Commercial organization, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Commercial Operations as well as other corporate functions. This role will be instrumental in driving business growth by aligning people strategies with Aspen’s strategic objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and acting as a trusted advisor to our leaders. You will support an employee population of 250+ with potential for growth as we expand through future acquisitions. In This Position, You Will Have the Opportunity To: Strategic Partnership Serve as a trusted consultant to senior leaders on human resource-related initiatives and organizational strategies. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, enabling business growth and operational excellence. Translate business needs into integrated and scalable talent solutions. Workforce Planning & Organizational Design Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design efforts. Lead HR support for change management and business transformation initiatives. Talent Management & Development Advise leaders through performance management, leadership development, and career pathing conversations. Leverage coaching techniques to build leadership capabilities across teams. Support identification and development of high-potential talent. Culture, Engagement, & Employee Relations Champion employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive, high-performing workplace culture. Proactively monitor organizational health and collaborate with leaders to address retention and morale. Serve as a key advisor on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures. Employee Lifecycle Support Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, internal mobility, and administrative processes. Deliver a timely, consistent and high-quality employee experience at every touchpoint. HR Analytics & Insights Utilize HR data and analytics tools to identify workforce trends, forecast talent needs, and inform strategic decisions. Deliver actionable workforce insights to business leaders. Policy, Compliance, & Cross-Functional Collaboration Ensure HR practices are compliant with all applicable labor laws and internal policies. Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement company-wide programs and initiatives. What You Need to Succeed in This Position Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred). 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role supporting a commercial organization. Strong understanding of HR practices in talent management, compensation, employee relations, and organizational development. Commercial acumen and understanding of how sales, marketing, and commercial operations teams drive business success. Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong, trust-based relationships with senior leaders. Experience navigating ambiguity and build trust in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Analytical mindset with proficiency in HRIS platforms and workforce analytics tools. Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to assess HR data and translate it into actionable business decisions. Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced environment. Able to travel up to 25%.
