Overview Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Executive Assistant to provide support to the Patriot US Programs & Site Executive Sr. Director under time constraints, in a fast-paced work environment, and can multi-task. The candidate must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, technically savvy, and possess excellent organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role performs a wide range of administrative tasks and takes ownership of different tasks that may come up. This role also requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality of information. Location and eligibility : Onsite role in Huntsville, AL. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. No security clearance is required. What You Will Do Effective calendar management by managing complex schedules for executive leaders, coordinating with other senior leaders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, deconflicting schedule conflicts and prioritizing based on communicated goals. Proactive email management and alerting to executive priorities. Coordinate with key stakeholders and support staff to facilitate meetings across a broad set of stakeholders; build collaborative relationships with administrative staff within the enterprise and portfolio. Assist in preparing agendas, briefings, correspondences, PowerPoints, and spreadsheets. Order supplies and meals for staff meetings and all-hands meetings and other events as needed. Arrange travel accommodations (air, hotel, transportation) for domestic and international travel; ensure required documents and processes are followed in advance using available tools. Process expense reports and invoices in a timely manner in accordance with company policies. Coordinate logistics for virtual and face-to-face meetings and team events (agendas, guest speakers, conference rooms, virtual recording, breakout rooms, catering, and technical support). Support the team with information flow and distribution (emails, staff meetings, skip-level meetings, all-hands, town halls, one-on-one meetings, and team events). Schedule and attend staff meetings and all-hands, record and distribute meeting notes, capture action items, and handle routine communications. Support team documentation activities (email distribution lists, shared files, Teams channels, organizational charts, websites, etc.). Collaborate with other administrative assistants and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Create staff meeting agendas, track action items, and coordinate Teams folders. Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills with attention to detail while responsive to customer needs. Collaborate as a proactive team member in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and also work independently with minimal supervision. Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills; manage conflicting priorities and deadlines effectively. Minimal travel may be required to support staff meetings outside of Huntsville, AL. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post-high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position. Qualifications We Prefer Microsoft Office experience: email and calendar management, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience booking travel and working with expense reports. Salary: The salary range for this role is $50,000 USD - $100,000 USD. The offer will reflect experience, responsibilities, location, and skills.
