Executive Assistant – Fidelity Investments
Overview
The Administrative Assistant of Personal Investing Regional Centers supports leadership at all levels and ensures that communication, licensing, compliance and other business procedures run effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Deal directly with and provide support to management at all levels of the company and frequently interact with customers and business partners.
Serve as a focal point in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment by managing multiple tasks and demonstrating strong communication skills.
Calendar management and scheduling of meetings using Microsoft Office tools.
Office management including maintaining office supplies and coordinating computer/equipment support.
Expense reporting and travel management support for Managers and Senior leaders.
Contribute to ad hoc projects and larger group initiatives (e.g., moves, space planning).
Generate reports and high-quality presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, or secretarial certificate/ related work experience.
3+ years of meaningful experience, preferably in a professional financial services environment.
Proactive communication with all levels and the ability to form working relationships.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong writing and grammatical skills for memos and communications.
Ability to prioritize, react quickly, and manage multiple tasks.
Self-starter with ownership and involvement; able to seek clarification when needed.
Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
Domestic travel arrangement coordination and expense processing.
