Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Accounting Manager – $125,000 to $150,000 + Bonus Location: Carmel, IN (Fully In-Office) What You’ll Do Lead all core accounting functions, including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting Manage complex multi-entity operations and consolidations Oversee AP/AR, journal entries, and general ledger activity Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance processes, controls, and compliance Mentor and guide accounting staff, driving team development and performance Preferred Experience CPA designation strongly preferred Background in large companies with revenues of $500M+ Multi-entity and intercompany accounting expertise Public accounting experience a plus Why This Role Stands Out This isn’t just another management role.
