What You'll Be Doing As the Accounting Manager , you will lead and oversee financial operations, manage a team of accounting professionals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business performance and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Lead month-end close process and reporting Maintain general ledger and prepare journal entries Manage fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules Support standard costing practices and inventory controls Perform reconciliations and variance analyses Oversee a team of 3 accounting staff, providing mentorship Assist with audits and financial projects as needed Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with 2+ years in supervision Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs) Experience with standard costing and inventory accounting is highly desirable Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Additional Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Accounting, Auditing, and Finance Industry: Accounting Referrals can double your chances of interviewing at CFS.
