What You'll Be Doing

As the Accounting Manager, you will lead and oversee financial operations, manage a team of accounting professionals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business performance and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close process and reporting
• Maintain general ledger and prepare journal entries
• Manage fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules
• Support standard costing practices and inventory controls
• Perform reconciliations and variance analyses
• Oversee a team of 3 accounting staff, providing mentorship
• Assist with audits and financial projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with 2+ years in supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs)
• Experience with standard costing and inventory accounting is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
