Merchandise Associate (American Airlines Center) Join to apply for the Merchandise Associate (American Airlines Center) role at ASM Global. Overview Our retail team creates the ultimate game day experience for fans. The Merchandise Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, presenting merchandise, and maintaining store standards to support fans and events at the American Airlines Center. Responsibilities Provide an exciting, positive, and fun environment for our diverse team and fan base Greet guests, assess their interests, and make sales recommendations Process transactions with accuracy using POS systems Maintain cleanliness, restock merchandise, and perform tasks as assigned by the supervisor Present merchandise to increase sales, including add-on items Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain use Stay informed on store promotions and events at the venue Maintain inventory, merchandise placement, and accurate counts; assist with inventory Increase knowledge of products, facility, and events held at the venue Assist with plan-o-grams and merchandising setup for event gift shops Other duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications Honesty and integrity in all actions and language Ability to take constructive feedback and make changes Excellent customer service and selling skills Willingness to work extended hours on event days Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed High school graduate, GED, or equivalent experience Accuracy in open and close procedures Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods Independent and team-oriented; self-starter with initiative 40+ hours weekly (typical range 30-40+ hours) Compensation Hourly Pay Location Location: On Site - American Airlines Center Working Conditions & Physical Demands The physical demands described are representative of those required to perform the essential functions.
