Overview Join to apply for the Recruiting Coordinator role at Sonder Healthcare . Location: Woodland, CA Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate candidate data and reporting. Assist in updating job descriptions and postings across various platforms. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback. Collaborate with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes and improve the overall efficiency of hiring practices. Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of materials and scheduling orientation sessions. Qualifications & Skills A High School diploma is required; two years of recruiting experience is required, preferably in healthcare and home health services. Proven written and verbal communication skills. High emotional intelligence and the ability to work well with others. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with applicant tracking systems. Experience in human resources functions is a plus. Ability to maintain continuity in the recruitment process until the candidate is onboarded.
