Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate candidate data and reporting.
• Assist in updating job descriptions and postings across various platforms.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Collaborate with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes and improve the overall efficiency of hiring practices.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of materials and scheduling orientation sessions.

Qualifications & Skills

• A High School diploma is required; two years of recruiting experience is required, preferably in healthcare and home health services.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to work well with others.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with applicant tracking systems.
• Experience in human resources functions is a plus.
• Ability to maintain continuity in the recruitment process until the candidate is onboarded.

Job Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Salary: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Work Location: In person
